All medical central stations can be accommodated to special made containerized cabinet for outdoor installations.
Every part of the station is fitted inside the container including the medical gases and electrical connections.
Vacuum:
•Blade type rotary
vacuum pumps, with inlet filter, air cooling, internal oil circulation, oil
mist eliminator for oil-free exhaust air.
•Vacuum tank capacity
according with pumps load. (According to its volume can be inside or outside
the cabinet).
•No-return valves.
•Control and motor
protection panel board, in function of the power and thri-phase voltage of the
motor.
•Anti-bacterial
filters 99,999% efficient according BS 3928, with differential pressure
indicator and sterilisable drain flask.
•Sectioning valve.
•Distance alarm.
For Compressed Air:
•Three identical air
electro compressors, screw type
•Air receivers
according with compressors load and protected by a pressure relief valve
(According to its volume can be inside or outside the cabinet).
•Filter combination.
Air delivery is via twin pre-filters, activated carbon filters, dust filters
and sterile filters.
•Absorption or
refrigerator double twin column dryer assembly operated by its own control
panel.
•Control system
contains all elements necessary for pressure control, duty selection,
indication and alarm functions and pressure head out.
•Emergency inlet point
•Distance alarm.
